I understand that the Northwest Arena (the “Arena) is relying on the timely payment of the pledge that my pledge is an irrevocable and binding obligation upon me, my estate, my executors, and my heirs. This pledge shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York. I understand that my pledge will be applied as determined by the Board of Directors of the Arena. The Arena is a tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation under 1.R.C. Sec 501c(3), to which tax-deductible contributions may be made. A letter acknowledging receipt of your donation will be provided for tax purposes upon payment of the pledge. Payments must be received before the end of the year to be eligible for a tax deduction that year.
