Groups from 10 to 250* can rent the facility for a single hour to a full day and take advantage of multiple recreational, team-building, or corporate training activities for skaters and non-skaters alike. Food and beverages can be ordered in advance from the café and Sully’s lounge. Outside caterers are also permitted.

Popular for more formal events, meetings, and small performances, The Jamestown Mattress Arena Club on the top level of the facility has a two-tier floor plan and overlooks the larger of the two rinks. It is equipped with a sound system and can be configured to accommodate up to 220-250 people depending on the seating arrangement.

* The Northwest Arena is in compliance with all New York State and Chautauqua County COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. At this time, groups of up to 50 individuals are currently welcome to use the Jamestown Mattress Area Club for business and private events of all sorts.
