If you are interested in employment with the Northwest Arena, the application is available to be printed out below. You can also stop into the Arena at 319 West 3rd St. to fill out an application. Applications or resumes can be dropped off at the Arena. Be on the lookout for our yearly job fairs and open interview days!

Director of Marketing, Communication and Sales

The Northwest Arena, Chautauqua County’s premier sporting and event center located in Jamestown, New York, is seeking a Director of Marketing, Communications and Sales to develop and lead the organization’s promotional strategy on a local and regional level.

Food and Beverage/Bartender

Looking for Food and Beverage employees and Bartenders for a fast-paced, fun environment. Must be available most weekends.

Cleaning Staff

Part time, hours based upon Arena schedule. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Front Desk Staff

  • Part-time, able to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Experience with office equipment
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and social media entry
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Skate Host

  • Part-time, able to work weekend days/nights
  • Must have ability to ice skate
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must be able to assume a positive and active role at the rink
