TheZone Code of Conduct 

It is the responsibility of our management, staff, and volunteers to respect all visitors, maintain professionalism, respond ethically, and foster a positive environment for children and families while enforcing the facility’s Rules of Play.

It is the responsibility of our patrons to adhere to all rules and regulations, help keep our play space clean and safe, and treat all staff and visitors of TheZone with respect.

Mission Statement

TheZone will INSPIRE all kids to DREAM and GROW.

We provide cutting-edge sports and STEAM experiences that get kids moving and thinking. We are committed to creating access, encouraging exploration, and making a lasting impact on youth and families.

Rules of Play

NO abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language, or clothing displaying objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
NO physical or verbal threats, harassment, or intimidation toward visitors or staff
NO theft, vandalism, or damage to TheZone or another guest’s property
NO possession or display of weapons, including firearms
NO use of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, drugs, or vaping products on Northwest Arena & TheZone property
ALL children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of play
Athletic footwear is required during playtime, except inside the Primetime Climb Scavenger Hunt
ALL participants and patrons waive any claim relating to the capture or public transmission of their participation while on facility premises, including photography and videography
Northwest Arena & TheZone are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

TheZone takes pride in creating a FUN, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests. Our facility reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access to anyone jeopardizing the well-being of our staff or visitors.
