404 Exploratory Enrichment CO-SER

TheZone proudly participates in the 404 Exploratory Enrichment CO-SER program, providing schools and student groups with engaging educational field trip opportunities that combine active play, sports, and STEAM-based learning experiences.

Required Forms

Please fill out the Google Form to request a field trip. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you with the necessary paperwork and next steps. All required paperwork must be completed and submitted at least 30 days prior to your expected trip date.

Pre-Trip Checklist

To ensure a smooth and organized visit, please complete the following steps before your trip:

• Approximately 30 days before your visit, please send the Northwest Arena team information for an invoice to be created
• Ensure that a signed Northwest Arena waiver has been completed for every participant attending the trip.
• Notify Northwest Arena staff a few days prior to your visit with the final attendee count for your group.
• Bring all signed waivers on the day of your visit and provide them to Northwest Arena staff upon arrival.
