TheZone admission is sold in 60-minute play sessions. Child admission is $15 for one hour. Adult admission is $10. All children must be accompanied by a paying parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is 18 years of age or older.
Convenient parking is available within walking distance of Northwest Arena/TheZone. Several parking garages are located throughout downtown Jamestown, with rates of $1.00 per hour or $5.00 per day.
Metered street parking is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a rate of $0.50 per hour. Parking meters accept nickels, dimes, and quarters. Free two-hour parking is also available in designated areas within the downtown business district.

TheZone is designed for ages 2-13 years old. We will have designated times for Toddler Time.

Yes, there is an elevator that provides access to all floors, located in the Northwest Arena. However, TheZone is located on the main level, so elevator access is not required to visit TheZone.
TheZone is located on the main floor inside the Northwest Arena at 319 W. 3rd St. Jamestown, New York.
Please enter through the front doors of the Northwest Arena located on the corner of W 3rd St. and Layfette St.
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for active play and movement. Closed-toe shoes are required throughout TheZone. Before entering Prime Time Climb, shoes must be removed. To help prevent slipping, we recommend bringing socks with grips. We also suggest avoiding loose accessories or jewelry that could become caught on play equipment.
