Planning a visit to TheZone? Whether you’re joining us for your first play session or coming back for another day of fun, a little planning can help you make the most of your visit. From what to wear and how to get your tickets to making a full day out of your trip to downtown Jamestown, here’s everything you need to know before you go!

Located inside Northwest Arena in downtown Jamestown, NY, TheZone is a perfect addition to a day of exploring and fun. Before you arrive, we recommend dressing for active play. Comfortable clothing that allows for plenty of movement is ideal, since there are plenty of opportunities to climb, play and explore throughout TheZone. We recommend closed-toe shoes for our Open Play area, and shoes must be removed before entering Prime Time Climb. Bringing grip socks to provide additional traction is always a good idea, and it’s best to leave loose accessories or jewelry at home, as they could become caught on play equipment.

Getting your tickets is easy! Simply visit our website and click the ticket logo in the top right-hand corner to choose your preferred playtime. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to help secure the session that works best for you, but walk-ins are also welcome based on availability.
